      Energy-saving insulation board

      Hard polyurethane insulation board/sandwich type polyurethane insulation board is used in all kinds of building exterior wall, roof insulation, as well as refrigeration facilities, building doors and Windows, industrial equipment and special vehicles insulation; It is an emerging organic polymer thermal insulation/thermal insulation material.

      BBS rigid polyurethane insulation board thickness 20-55mm, fixed width 1200mm, length optional, polynitroxide foam material density is generally 45kg/m3, according to demand can be adjusted to 70kg/m3 density. The surface layer material of rigid composite polyurethane insulation board is divided into roller coated aluminum plate (thick 0.8mm), color barium plate (thick 0.25-0.50mm), imitation marble aluminum plate and other combinations.

      Features:
      1.When the rigid foam density of polyurethane is 35~70kg/m3, the thermal conductivity is only 0.17~0.023w/(mk). In the current practical application of thermal insulation materials, thermal performance is good, the lowest thermal conductivity. In the application of building external wall insulation, 10 mm polyurethane insulation board is roughly equivalent to 400 mm clay brick wall insulation effect.
      2.Compared with other polymer insulation materials, hard polyurethane insulation board has compression, shear and tensile strength, which can adapt to the normal deformation of the base material associated with it without cracks, empty drums and other phenomena.
      3.Polyurethane insulation board has strong adhesion or composite properties with concrete, clay blocks, metal, wood, rubber and glass.
      4.Because the closed cell rate of the polyurethane insulation board is more than 93%, the water absorption rate is less than 3%, and the waterproof effect is good.
      5.Hard polyurethane insulation board can be used normally between the temperature of -40~+90℃(metal surface composite polyurethane insulation board temperature adaptation range is high), high dimensional stability, good weather resistance and chemical stability.
      6.Adding flame retardants in the production process of polyurethane insulation board can adjust and improve the combustion resistance of polyurethane vinegar material, and achieve the effect of self-extinguishing from fire and carbonization of surface combustion.
      7.Non-toxic and non-irritating, no free formaldehyde, toluene and xylene and other substances precipitation, can be directly used in the living environment.

      特点:

      1、在聚氨酯硬泡密度为35~70kg/m3时,导热系数仅为0.17~0.023w/(mk)。在目前实际应用的保温材料中热工性能好,导热系数最低。在建筑外墙保温应用中,10毫米聚氨酯保温板大致相当于400毫米黏土砖墙的保温效果。
      2、相对于其它高分子保温材料,硬质聚氨醋保温板具有压缩、剪切和拉伸强度,可适应与之联系的基层材料的正常变形而不产生裂缝、空鼓等现象。
      3,聚氨酯保温板具有与混凝土、粘土砌块、金属、木材、橡胶及玻璃等强力粘贴或复合的特性。
      4、由于聚氨醋保温板的闭孔率达93%以上,吸水率低于3%,防水效果好。
      5、硬质聚氨醋保温板可在温度-40~+90℃(金属面复合聚氨醋保温板温度适应范围高)之间正常使用,尺寸稳定性高,耐候性及化学稳定性良好。
      6、在聚氨酯保温板生产过程中加入阻燃剂可调节及提高聚氨醋材料的抗燃烧性能,达到离火自熄和表层燃烧炭化的效果。
      7、聚氨醋保温板制成品无毒无刺激性,无游离甲醛、甲苯和二甲苯等物质析出,可直接用于居室环境。
